About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grade I Audiologist / Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing clinical services in their area of specialization, as well as supervising students, interns, Grade II audiologists, and research projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our audiology services and mentor the next generation of audiologists.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage clinical setups in a specialized area of audiology, such as:
- Diagnostics
- Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD)
- Tinnitus
- Hearing Aids
- Cochlear Implants
- Electrophysiology
- Vestibular
- Other related specializations
- Supervise and mentor audiology students, interns, and Grade II audiologists in clinical practice.
- Conduct and oversee research projects to advance the field of audiology.
- Participate in community service initiatives to promote hearing health.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards, including those set by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of audiology protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Audiology from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in audiology.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or mentorship role.
- Expertise in one or more specialized areas of audiology (as listed above).
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and management of hearing and balance disorders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Must meet the requirements and norms as stipulated by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) for the position of Grade I Audiologist / Clinical Supervisor.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: โน50,000 – โน75,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
