We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Grade II Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide a range of speech-language pathology services to patients of all ages, contributing to our commitment to quality communication and swallowing healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations, including assessments of articulation, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Provide therapy to individuals and groups, targeting specific communication and swallowing goals.
- Counsel patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards, including those set by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Assist in community outreach programs and screenings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.
- Valid registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
- Optional: 1 years of experience
- Knowledge of current speech-language pathology practices and techniques.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
- Must meet the requirements and norms as stipulated by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) for the position of Grade II Speech-Language Pathologist
Compensation Package
- Base Salary:ย โน40,000 – โน60,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
